At Family Promise Essex we take care of families experiencing homelessness.
Having lost their home, parents and children come to us in crisis. They need a safe place to sleep. They need meals. They need compassion. Our network of churches and synagogues provides these resources so that families can focus on moving forward.
Our case management team works with families to set milestones and connect them with the resources they need to get back on their feet. It may be a job referral service, housing assistance, budget workshop or counseling. The goal is to help families find a home as quickly as possible while providing the services they need to become stable enough to secure and maintain it.
